A shocking video has emerged out of Communist California, where a city councilman told a classroom full of students that U.S. Marines are “dumb shits” and the “lowest of the low.” Of course, he attempted to defend his actions, but he should have just kept his mouth shut as he was quickly made to regret opening it. Now, he’s gotten a brutal response that he truly deserves.
According to The Gateway Pundit, the incident took place at El Rancho High School in Pico Rivera, California. A teacher by the name of Gregory Salcido reportedly became so infuriated after seeing one student wearing a U.S. Marines sweatshirt that he criticised the student and bashed the Marines with sickening comments.
Three video clips of Salcido’s sickening comments have now gone viral after being uploaded to social media on January 26, 2018, although the incident reportedly took place on on Friday, January 19, 2018, and many are now demanding that Salcido is fired from his teaching job. Others have started a petition to have Salcido, who is also a city councilman, recalled.
According to The Orange County Register, the student wearing the U.S. Marines sweatshirt recorded the videos during his U.S. history class which Salcido teaches and hadn’t intended for anyone except his family to see them. The student said he wants to remain anonymous because he’s afraid of backlash from other students who support Salcido’s heinous views.
In the clips, Salcido berated the student who wore the U.S. Marines sweatshirt and called marines the “lowest of the low” and “dumb shits.” The student’s mom shared the clips with a couple of people and one friend named Kimberlie Flauto was so outraged, she asked her friends to help them go viral — and they did.
Kimberlie Flauto posted the emails belonging to each of the school board members and urged viewers to contact the board with complaints. Flauto posted the videos on Friday, and by Saturday morning, they had amassed over 1.5 million views.
Immediately after discovering that his sickening remarks were recorded and went viral, Gregory Salcido posted a message on Facebook. Speaking of his “respect” for the “rights of free expression” of those who didn’t like what he had to say, it’s as if he defended his words as nothing more than his own right to free speech. Unfortunately, others didn’t quite agree, and he’d soon regret opening his mouth once again.
“The Salcido 3 just got out of an excellent musical, ‘The Band’s Arrival.’ I turned my phone back on to unexpectedly see a storm,” he wrote. “I don’t think it’s wise for me to make any specific comments, but I want my friends, family, and students to know we are fine and we respect the rights of free expression for all individuals.”
Salcido was right, he shouldn’t have said anything. But, liberals seldom know when to keep their mouths shut, and his single post about the videos quickly provoked other Facebook users to visit his page and leave a few of their own thoughts.
One Facebook user named Mike Horne had some advice for Salcido. “The ‘intelligent’ thing to do would be to resign from city council and teaching, relocate, and a name change,” Horne wrote, and his suggestions are a good start.
Another angry Facebook user named Hunter McDow said, “Disgusting pig. How can you have no respect for the people that would quite literally die for you? That’ll be quite the conversation when you meet your maker.”
Facebook user Saul Pompa nailed it, writing, “Must feel like a big guy talking all this shit to a bunch of students. You’re just a coward who simply never had the balls to defend your country.”
These are just a few of many brutal comments that Gregory Salcido received in response to his Facebook post. It isn’t shocking that people like Salcido become elected officials. It brings to mind the nasty things Hillary Clinton has said directly to our military and the visceral hate she has for them. What is shocking is that Salcido is allowed to openly bash a student who comes from a proud military family and get away with it.
On Saturday, January 27, 2018, officials from the El Rancho Unified School District confirmed that the person speaking in the videos is Salcido and that the disgraceful incident took place on school grounds. “We acknowledge it is his voice based on the research of the incident so far and knowing it came from one of our classrooms,” District Superintendent Karling Aguilera-Fort said in a phone interview with The Orange County Register.
The superintendent also said that he was initially alerted on Friday evening to the video, in which Salcido is heard saying, “They’re the frickin’ lowest of the low,” in regard to the military members. “We have reached out to Mr. Salcido but have not been able to talk to him because he is out of town,” Aguilera-Fort added.
Although Aguilera-Fort would not say what disciplinary measure would be taken, he did promise that the school district is trying to contact Salcido and that there would be some kind of discipline. The school board did not identify the student who made the videos. “That’s not our priority right now,” Aguilera-Fort said. “Our first priority is to assure the community that what was said does not reflect the values of the El Rancho community and the El Rancho board.”
California continues to lead the way for militant liberals who openly attack not just our honored military men and women, but now, even their children in a classroom setting. This is the sick mentality of the left, and Gregory Salcido should be terminated from his position as a teacher in addition to being removed from the city council immediately.
